It’s Monday and we all know what that means…. Monday Motivational Stories!

Saturday was Ocean Lava and The Wales Sprint Triathlon and we were overwhelmed at how many friendly faces we saw. It was amazing to see you all down there and give you our support.

Special mentions go to –
Jayne Arnold for getting her mojo back and coming 3rd in her AG.
Ken Duxberry for completing his first ever triathlon in preparation for Half Ironman in Dublin.
Team DOMS for coming 2nd in the sprint relay (Alex, Danni and Gwenno) 😜
Owain Twitchett’s comeback to Triathlon after a number of years out of the sport. Glad to be back racing?
Mathew Jones for completing the Half distance after suffering a back injury early on in the race. Great determination Mat, get better soon buddy!

Sunday was Prudential RideLondon which saw some of our clients take part in the 100 mile distance. Well done to –
Edwyn Jenkins
Greg Williams
Karen Hanbury-Charles
Joanna Evans
Mark Evans

It’s also great to see Amy Cole back on the bike racing after injury. Looking strong Amy, well done.

Awesome achievements all  Keep it up!

Congratulations to Nathanial Harries, Cyclespecifics youngest member of the Elite Tri team who entered his first Olympic Distance Triathlon at the recent RNLI Burry Port Triathlon where he led out of the swim and bike, only to come in second overall in a field of 181 athletes. A truly remarkable achievement for the local 16 yr old where his season goes from strength to strength
