Elite Triathlete & Triathlon Coach
Over the years Liam has competed as an elite Triathlete for GBR and Wales. Among studying a degree in Sport Science & Physiology and part-time work Liam has experienced the challenges of balancing life around training in excess of 30 hours a week. In the last two years he has taken his passion for triathlon into coaching, qualifying as a Level 2 British Triathlon Coach and currently studying for a Level 2 Diploma.
Liam uses 10 years of triathlon experience, coming through the British Triathlon development pathway, and an extensive knowledge of training methods to coach athletes to reach their goals. Understanding each individuals lifestyle commitments outside of training for triathlon adds huge credit to his coaching methods.
