Brick Sessions

Taking your off the bike running to new heights with specific coach led brick sessions. 

  • Thursday 6:10pm - 7:00pm

  • Saturday 8:45am - 9:30am

  • Saturday 10:15am - 11:00am

You'll receive qualified coaching and specifically designed off the bike run sessions to progress you ability to run off the bike efficiently and ready to beat you personal best!

Performing a test gives you the insight you need to set your training zones and train smarter!
